The Theatre of Wrong Decisions: Why can’t we stop the nightmare in the Middle-East?
51 years ago – on the 5th of June, 1967- a war broke out between Israel and Egypt, Syria and Jordan. Israel conquered and took control over The Westbank and the Gazastrip as well as the Sinai peninsula and the Golan Heights.
Since then Palestinians live under occupation, in violation of all UN resolutions and of international law. In recent peaceful demonstrations, started at 30-3-2018 by civilians in Gaza, 119 persons were killed, while thousands were wounded.
The Hague Conventions
The Israeli snipers are using explosive, high velocity bullets. This type of ammunition is explicitly forbidden by The Hague Conventions. Hundreds of people will be mutilated for life.
